Is the free plan really free?+
Yes — no credit card, no hidden fees. Post one job, receive up to 10 applicants, message candidates. Upgrade only when you want more posts or features.
How does M-Pesa payment work?+
For subscriptions, we send an M-Pesa STK Push prompt to your registered phone number. For gig escrow, funds are locked in Jobsmartic's account and released to the seeker's M-Pesa when you confirm job completion.
What is escrow and do I need it?+
Escrow holds payment securely before work begins — protecting both employers and workers. It's primarily used for gig/daily work. It's optional for permanent roles where payment happens through normal payroll.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade from your employer dashboard immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep all features until then.
Do you offer refunds?+
